I don’t even know where to start. From the moment these two amazing people walked up to me, I felt like I had known them forever. We had so much fun exploring downtown and their love really shines through in their entire gallery. They came from New Orleans to have their pictures made and I really loved getting to know them better.

Collier Family & Announcement Session June 2021 Jasper TN

Let me start with the first time I met Sierra. She came to me as a single mother of two boys for a family session. The next session we had was a family session last year after she literally met the love of her life, Alex who came with a boy and girl of his own. Our next time shooting was at their elopement at Greenway Farms when they combined their big blended family - it was literal magic. Two people in love with four small children. Kimberly & Ryan Anniversary Session June 2021 Downtown Chattanooga

Rather than write you a really long intro about Kimberly and Ryan, I want to share what she told me on her questionnaire when I asked her ‘What do you want to remember about this season of life?’ She did give me permission to share this and I think it’s just about the most precious answer ever. After spending a little time with them (they drove from Wisconsin for this session!) it was very clear to me that she didn’t exaggerate a single word.

Emilee and Tiffany Dalton State College Graduation Session May 2019

I’ve known Emilee for a long time now. I shot her youngest son’s newborn session, she has modeled for me, then I shot their vow renewal last year. So when she contacted me about documenting her and her best friend’s graduation from college at Dalton State, of course I said yes! This session was way easy, except for the mosquitoes that nearly carried us away! Both of these women are so amazing. They worked SO hard, raising kids and going to school at the same time.

Alison and Jaylee's Fall 2018 Session

This was hands down, one of my easiest sessions to date. The girls flowed seamlessly from one frame to the next. Our personalities clicked, we bonded over how we like to bargain shop and decorate for holidays. We got giddy over the lights on the square (side note: Town of Jasper can we please have them all year, we could be like Star’s Hollow, I promise that everyone would love it!). Jay got her serious face on. Alison cracked up. It was a fun, fun session. Which is the goal for every session I have.

Brittany, John & Javon

Brittany is one of my most favorite moms. You see, she and I used to share a wall at our old apartment complex. So I sort have had a front row seat to about three years of watching her parent these boys. And she’s INCREDIBLE. She’s doing such a great job by them. They are both sweet and kind and so well mannered. Brittany and I took our sweet time (kind of a bad inside joke) getting this session scheduled but once we did, boom. They knocked it out of the park.

Emilee & Kevin's September Vow Renewal

They were married in her mother’s front yard, surrounded by large trees, paper lanterns, and their closest family and friends. Their son’s walked Emilee down the aisle. One of Kevin’s groomsmen served as the officiant. The bridesmaids wore simple but beautiful dresses. The planning came together in a beautiful and tasteful way, and the love between them was apparent to everyone who attended.
