Ivey came to see me with both her sweet girls. When they arrived in matching dresses I almost fell apart. She’s such a great mom, and you can just feel their love through this set of images.
Read MoreThroughout the years I have shot prom pictures in a lot of different locations. Walnut Street Bridge is always the most requested but with a late prom this year, I already knew it would be JAM packed. So we opted for a rooftop in the West Village and I have to say, this is one of my most favorite prom years, to date!
Read MoreHands down one of my favorite families. They are just the sweetest. Jessica, Evan, Lola and Lucy will be welcoming a new baby very soon and we needed to document this time - and her PERFECT bump! We shot these on the North Shore at Renaissance Park.
Read MoreProm season is here!! My first set of prom kids was Trey and Nicole. The funny thing is, Trey and his family are my oldest clients. The very first “client” I ever had was Trey’s younger brother, I shot his newborn pictures. I have taken the kids pictures, their mom and dad, their grandparents, their aunt and her daughter so many times over the years. It’s so hard for me to believe that Trey is 18 now. Such a sweet boy and he’s grown up so incredibly fast. They headed from here to South Pittsburg High School’s 2021 Prom.
Read MoreErica warned me beforehand that Adam hates having his picture made. BUT I think he even had a little fun! We shot at the Jasper Highlands. They are both so excited to be parents and I cannot even believe how beautiful Erica is. Just absolutely glowing.
Read MoreSophia is my little baby cousin. Right now she’s living in Washington DC but she came in for a visit and a fun little Summer Session with me. Sophia is literally a ray of sunshine. Her energy is contagious. She was SO EXCITED about everything that she saw, it really made me stop and look at this city with new eyes. We started at the Walnut Street Bridge and made a loop. We walked from the bridge to the Tennessee Riverwalk, to the waterways around the aquarium, we pet a horse that pulls the carriages on Broad Street, and we made our way back to The Ice Cream Show.
Read MoreI am so, so proud that Twila came to me for her engagement pictures. She and Dru needed engagement photos and they needed them quickly. They had one day available before they leave to go get married. We had a whirlwind of a day considering we started with a 90% chance of rain, which slowly diminished as the day went on. Eventually we were still able to shoot, and even caught a few in the rain.
Read MoreI LOVE prom sessions! They are always so much fun. Everyone’s already dressed up and looking sharp. These were all shot on the square in Jasper, TN.
Read MoreIt’s always so weird to take senior portraits when it’s a child you’ve known for a long time! Hannah has become such a beautiful young woman. She’s kind and sweet and funny too. We took the first half of her senior portraits at Richard Hardy High School, and the second half we took on Main Street in Downtown South Pittsburg.
