Reagan's Sweet 16 in Downtown Chattanooga, Tennessee May 2019

Back in Fall of 2018 I took pictures of the Carter family. This year I got to take pictures of Reagan for her Sweet 16. She is SUCH a sweet girl, this session was a breeze. We meandered around Downtown Chattanooga on Market Street near the Chattanooga Choo Choo and the alley behind some shops. Southside in Downtown is always so much fun.

Trip & Gavin Celebrate Trip's First Birthday in Jasper, TN April 2019

Sherie contacted me to book a session for Trip’s cake smash. She settled on a whole Cookie Monster theme and it was adorable! She Nicole Beecken make his cake. Big brother Gavin was in on it too. They both got hyped up on a lot of sugar and we partied on the square!

Every year Lyndi gets with me to schedule a session because the kids birthdays are super close together. This year Braelyn is turning six and Noah is turning two! We had a blast in Downtown South Pittsburg playing around.

Max's First Birthday January 2019 Lifestyle Session

Max turned one right at the beginning of January! I have known Mandy, Max’s mom, since I was a little girl and I’ve been photographing their family for so long I felt right at home. It was SO HARD to narrow down a preview from all of the images. These are a few of my favorites though.

If you are having a birthday party and want to really be present (and not stuck behind a cell phone or camera) the whole time, then I highly recommend hiring a photographer for your child’s day.

Cali Sweet Sixteen

Cali is one of a kind. She’s sweet and funny but also silly and awkward (and I mean awkward in the best kind of way, awkward people are my people). My other favorite thing about her was how comfortable she is with herself. Cali just moved here from Whidbey Island, Washington. Such a big change for this girl. I am so glad her mom brought a piece of WA with them to her shoot. She wore a ring that belonged to her grandmother that she received for her sixteenth birthday, they also brought her dog and we shot these at Foster Falls because it holds a special meaning to their family. Every detail was planned and meaningful! Also: look super closely, it rained on us the entire time!
